Had a great experience with Ken as the Sales Rep and the whole crew on my new Grand Cherokee. They were non-pressure and easy to work with. Have been purchasing high end luxury vehicles for several years because of the experience and received that same treatment here at Bob Howard. Big shout out to Rob Smith, Kenyard Blair and Madi. We have been searching for a truck for a while. This place has the worst customer service of all time. Not to mention I just paid $1300 to get my van fixed. And shocker, the noise I took in for is still there. I’m so sick of this place. Now I have to go back and once again be without my vehicle for god know how long because they sure as hell won’t tell you. I reaffirm that this place have terrible customer service. Wish me luck as I return there tomorrow to try and get them to remedy this current catastrophe.
