I just did a walk-in order the turkey dinner and I order extra cranberry sauce when I got home I NO cranberry sauce at all so I called them and told them I was very disappointed and they hung up on me as I was speaking for a $24.51 bill it kinda sucked Loved Bob Evans now Not so much anymore You can’t even be friendly really
nasty, was so disappointed. ive been to Bob Evans before in multiple states. this by far is the worst. black hairs in my hash browns and cold served food. waitress took back showed manager but nothing was said other than gave me another cold plate of food that was cold and was told it was freshly made. finally manager walked by, i explained to him that it was disgusting and my stomach was turned at the thought of checking the food for hairs. he said my brekfest was paid for but none of us ate much anyways. now stomach is tur... read more

We should have left. Honestly should have walked out. The menus were dirty and sticky. The bathroom was clean but the floors was sticky. Something told me to get paper towels and hand sanitizer for our table. When I did it turned my stomach that we had already placed orders. I barely wiped the table myself that was a clean table we were sat at and it was filthy. We was moved from a table to this one. The other table was not cleaned after we had sat at it.
