terrible service. overcooked/old food. and the manger told our waitress to heat the icing for our cinnamon bites. she didn't and said I don't care. served us cold icing. doesn't exactly dip well. won't be back
Recommendedwe had a wonderful server. her name was lakiesha. best service I have had in quite some time. so friendly, made the visit very worthwhile. the food was so good, nothing to complain about. and my wife, both kids, Nd I all had some great tasting dessert. I was pleasantly surprised with the steak and eggs.
Food and service where excellent. Just wish there was a Bob Evans in Winchester, VA.
Very sloooow! There at noon and they were out of lemonade and banana nut bread, how is that even possible!!!
I just ordered some chicken noodle soup and 6 rolls and 2 biscuits at the carry out line. The rolls I received were over cooked and had not risen. The biscuits were over cooked and hard as rocks. I didn’t know until I got home what they were like as we live 15 minutes from the restaurant. Worst rolls and biscuits I have ever had.
Never going to Bob Evans in Eldersburg again. Sat for an hour with 4 restless kids to find out they never put our order in. Waitress offered us biscuits for the wait. You'd think their service would be on point with an IHOP opening up right down the street. Unreal.
