Good service, attentive waitress even though pretty busy. Breakfast Food was good and hot!

We go to Bob's almost every weekend. Server Ann is wonderful. We enjoy seeing Kyle too.. great guy!!
The slowest service ever. It was not busy and they took 40 minutes to prepare a breakfast, a hamburger and a pot roast sandwich. Miss the old staff...
Food was disgusting (burnt potatoes, large shells in eggs). Said something to server, no response and then "manager" didn't even ask how my meal was (she knew what was coming because she had been in kitchen when my food passed the window). I will be sure to make sure everyone knows that you can't even do potatoes and eggs at a minimal level of competency
