I bought a used Sierra 1500 from Brockland after another dealer wasted a month of my time giving me the run around. Brockland gave me a fair price on a solid truck and didn't waste my time. I usually remove the dealer logo from the tailgate when I buy a truck, but these guys earned it staying on my Sierra. I will be back.
I wasted 5 months of my time and had dealt with four other (professional) mechanics. Bob Brockland GMC Joe Francis and all of the AMAZING TEAM who actually have mechanical skills nailed the problem immediately and were absolutely AWSOME to work with!!!!! PAINLESS!!!

I have not purchased from Brockland but love the service department. They are always fast and courteous and return my truck cleaned!
Purchased my Buick Encore new in 2013, it has been in the shop numerous times since for expensive repairs. The 1st repair was within 3 months of purchasing my vehicle, about five repairs in total. The only positive thing is the manager of the automotive department worked to cushion the financial burden, since my car is no longer under warranty. I give this manager a 5 star rating, but the Encore is a lemon & I am extremely disappointed with this vehicle!!!
