I was so impressed with the service department, every person there went out of their way being courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend using them!
Their service department is very good came in for a oil change and was out in no time! The only problem: their 27 point machine was not working!
I recently purchased a used 2012 GMC Canyon from Brockland and had a wonderful experience. Chad went out of his way to make this purchase smooth including driving to meet us so my wife could sign papers without driving to Columbia. The truck had a defect in a front seat which they took care of with perfect results. This was my first experience with Brockland and, for the first time, when dealing with a dealership, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I'll be back!
