Very well qualified and capable dealership!! Have taken my Buicks there for several years and recently purchased a car there !! My sales associate was Don Appleton and a big shout out to him for a perfect job!! Sales and service are great here. The service Dept. is always ready with paperwork and a loaner when I arrive for an appointment. They get me in and out quickly and the car is always ready when promised. They thoroughly check the vehicle for potential problems, like a low battery, that would not be apparent until it fails. Not fun when that happens! Their body shop is great as well. The spot where I side-swiped the hose storage box is completely undetectable. Thanks for keeping my Buick in top shape, even after eight years!
Quick shout out to the Brockland Service Team! Scheduled service through on-line appointment process, dropped off vehicle and grabbed a loaner car, picked up a serviced and clean vehicle next day! They were kind, courteous, and although I spoke with different people from beginning to end they were all on the same page so also very efficient.
