The service department is great! They fixed my warranty problems when the guys at Laura GMC could not.
I just picked up my vehicle for service and a repair. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was properly cared for and back on the road in a timely fashion. Shout out to Tim, Paul, and the techs in the service department for taking such good care of my car. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

One way you could improve is to follow through on your word that you would reimburse me for the horrible experience we had with this service department. do not buy or have your car serviced here unless you want to be screwed. I'm still waiting for your phone call! Go back to Cahokia if your just gonna RIP people off.
I love this place! Duane works in service department and any time I reach out he gets me in right away and helps me any way possible and as quick as possible. 10/10 recommend thank you for amazing service always!
