Awesome mountain bike trails
By far one of the best park in the area. Hiking biking boating quiet and serene. I almost forgot fishing :-)
I have been coming to this park for a long time (25 years or so). It's excellent for mountain biking and trail running, and has dedicated trails for both. They hold race events here that are really good... Backyard Burn (running) and Cranky Monkey (mtn bikes). It's a large park and quiet, so it's an ideal place to get out in the woods for a few hours and escape from all the stress of city living.
