Called Hamburg Store service department 3 weeks in advance for a appointment to service and do some warranty work on my 2019 Nexus motorhome, they sold to me. Was told shop is fully booked and offered a spot the next available appointment, nearly a week later. It’s apparent their service department cannot service what the sales department sells, a pass through customers, or someone with an emergent problem on products the sell and represent, in any sort of timely manner. Horrible Service, they go thru managers like it’s nothing. No loyalty to there customers. Will be getting rid of my 2018 and shopping some place else. To think we where about to by a camper so glad we didn’t make that mistake.
I purchased a Brand new Forest River camper at this store by far the worst dealerships I have ever have felt with . They have had my camper for 9 months. The lady Karen in service does not care . The general manager wont take phone calls . The last time I picked up my camper they left a propane line disconnected emitting raw propane into my camper . They never fixed my camper more damage each time then it came in with . I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

If you are not spending 15,000 or above they rush you and just want to get you out of the way for someone who will be spending more. This happen more then once to us when we were looking to downgrade but, the times we wanted to buy brand new they treated us like royalty but, once the sale goes through you are nothing once more.
