We traded in a class C to purchase a 5th wheel, and so far it's just 4 days shy of a month & they haven't paid off the Class C yet, and now I am past due with the lender. Very poor business practices, and once they have your money, they won't take calls. Always out of office or with customers.

Improve customer service after the sale. We have had numerous issues with our brand new travel trailer that was purchased in March will no resolution to date! Service department is extremely rude!
Lots of service area but we took ours in for service in March and just got it back today!
So helpful to make sure we were ready for camping this summer. Staff went above and beyond to make our motorhome ready to go! A big shout out to Sandy for her great communication.
