By hiring honest salesman I would never buy anything off of you folks ever again buyer beware they tried to sell us a camper that had a major leak in it and on top of that the salesman lied to me saying that our place isn't being sold. we also try to make us pay for part of the damage that was already there it was a Kodiak camper 27-foot 2015 beware

Robin, many used campers have leaks and damage if they are not cared for properly by the first owner(s). We would never sell a camper with a leak or damage without disclosing this information to the customer. Also, our store WAS under acquisition but was never finalized so NO. Our salesman did not lie to you, our store is still Boat N RV and as far as we understand it will stay Boat N RV.
Traveling home at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening with my wife, 3 daughters and 3 dogs pulling my 36’ travel trailer I get a blow out on the RV. I pull into a parking lot with lots of room and happens to be Boat N RV Superstore. I realize I don’t have the lug wrench to change the tire. As I am getting ready to call my roadside assistance, a Mercedes pulls up and abruptly asks “Can I help you?” I say I have a tire blow out on my camper and need to make arrangements for a tire change. Boat N RV in Hamburg was bought by another company and the entire building is cleaned out with the exception of a few campers that still need to be moved. Whomever asked you if you needed help should have told you that there is physically no equipment in the shop anymore. Sorry for that.
we bought our camper from Boat and RV last may, came with warranty and the nine! this year our first camping trip we had nothing but problems, so we made an appt in may for June 13, every freaking week since then we have got nothing but a run around from Karen, their underwriter, one week two of the problems were done and the next 2 had to be claimed thru warranty, the next week it was the problems not claimed yet we're done and the two that were said to be done were not, and this went one for three weeks, constantly speakin... read more
had my camper there since October of last year it had a leak in the front seams and it was brand new I only used it three times and it leaked and everytime you call them for an update on your unit they give you the runaround and you always speak to different people because they can't seem to keep employees when to pick camper up and the aluminum that they fixed had big dents in it and I guess they expected me to take it the way it was so I left it there told the manager David that they need to repair this
Absolutely awful! I bought a camper from them cash. I was told there was only “2 inches” of water damage by the sliding door which happened from the door being left open... this is incorrect. There was a complete separation in the door frame, and there was in between 9 and 10 inches of water damage. There is also water damage down the entire slide out, I can not have the slide out open if it is even slightly raining. Nothing but a Runaround in 3 weeks, My First experience trying to buy a camper and it's awful, They Still have our Deposit too. I Do Not Recommend & To All My Happy Valley Listeners I Suggest To Stay Away From Here and Shop Local !!
Absolutely horrible service ! Purchased a boat 10 months ago and they owed me parts and never held there end of the bargain . Take your money to a reputable dealer. I will never spend a dime here.
