RecommendedWe had our Cameo unit at Boat and RV for some repairs this winter. The team of David , Brian, and Shawn one of the speciality tecs got us taken care of and back on the road. Thanks guys
I have waited to make a review as I purchased a class c in Jan 2020 and they removed for some reason the rear back up camera and were going to replace. They ordered one and installed it. I was traveling so it sat for 4 weeks. When I picked up yesterday I thought everything was good. Got home and they hooked the outside speakers to the inside speakers so they are on all the time. They ordered the wrong head unit and wrapped the outside speaker wires to the inside rear speakers. At this point they should have ordered a new one... read more
Run from this place we have been calling for three weeks can’t get no one to return calls worst customer service ever from the general manager to the service manager do not buy from them

Have had issues with my new keystone... spoke to several people multiple times and still nothing. last person told me she would keep me in the loop about whats going on... havent heard from her in months... just horrible
I am sorry to have to say this but we got a camper from them in april last year and have had leaking, they sent someone out to take pictures about a month ago, i left them several messages and no one called me back until I was very angry and the receptionist put me into Christina and I had spoke to her a few times and she was able to find the service manager and I spoke to him briefly and he has denied sending someone out to us and he said that he would call me back by 5:30 on Thursday and he never called me back so I called... read more
Hire nicer, more knowledgeable people. I have been there several times. Once to have my RV serviced. Bad experience most times. I can't believe you can stay in business. I know many others with the same experience.
Had a great experience. Scott Laura shane and eric. were all great they got me what i needed.....
