Stopped in today at the Hamburg location just to take a look at some bunk house fifth wheels. Phill showed us a few campers and answered all the questions we had. thanks Phil!
Please do not ever go here for a camper or anything!!! Bought one last year and months and months of calling left us with a brand new broken camper that thankfully had a manufacturer’s warranty!! Multiple times they told us they were bought out and can’t help us and to call Gulfstream. Horrible service department (guy who did a walk through for camper with us admitted he kept getting fired and then rehired), horrible customer service, sneaky sales men! Just run!!!!!
We can not be happier with the customer service! Dave has been incredible to us. He has even picked up our camper for repairs and brought it back to us! He is always helpful with questions and always goes the extra mile to help us. He always follows through with any questions or concerns that we have. He truly is the definition of great customer service!
This place is a joke! Last week I called 3 times on Wednesday, 2 times on Thursday, twice on Friday and emailed twice on Friday. Today I’ve called 4 times, still waiting for Christina to call me back!😡😡😡
I have never been more annoyed with a dealership and how they handled paying off the trade. We traded our travel trailer in at the end of July and my previous bank received the payoff today September 3rd. This was over 30 days after the delivery!! We had to call multiple times without phone calls being returned, things promised were not delivered on the new RV and I was informed that they don't payoff the trade until they receive the funding for the new unit. 10/10 recommend Boat N Rv. We barely made it here by luck after having a blow out on our travel trailer on the nearby highway (100 miles from home). The hospitality by ALL of the staff was exceptional as we had a dog and a baby with us. They were reasonably priced and able to change our flat for us very quickly so we could get right back on the road. Bathrooms and coffee station were very clean and the show room was nicely set up. The place is dirty ie the floors should be shampooed . The salesman tell you everything you need prior to picking up you’re unit. The place is up for sale. Apparently the sale fell through. I was going to set up an appointment to drop off my unit for warranty work to be done . ( a month after I bought the unit. ) and that’s when they told me it was for sale. Hum I bet it’s been for sale for a while. So I found a great dealership it’s a little bit of a drive but worth it .Ie Kelly RV Milton Pa .
