Very Happy – I would have liked to get more of my deposit back, however I understood why I didn't because they had to re-paint almost every room in the house, etc. However, throughout the time that I lived in the house, they were very responsive to my needs and were very easy going when it came to letting me paint, change some of the landscaping in the backyard, etc. If I move back to the area I will turn to Boardwalk first to see if they have any homes available.

Got a lot of my deposit back!!! – Great to work with, I recently moved out of a place I was renting from Boardwalk (only because I had to move to Dallas for work) and the move out process was great. I really tried my best to ensure the home was in great condition when I moved out and it payed off. I received about 80% of my deposit back which I was completely happy with! Thanks Boardwalk, if I ever venture back to the SA area I will come to you first!

Responsible Management – As an owner I love the online access I have to my account. I can keep track of all of the financial transactions involved with my rental, which is a huge convenience for me. I live in Dallas, but have a rental managed my Boardwalk in San Antonio; it is reassuring to have responsible management take care of the property so that I do not have to visit the home as frequently as I did in the past.

Diligent company – Boardwalk has had 2 homes of mine for about 3 years. They are very diligent when it comes to any issue at all. The follow through is great and anything that comes up is handled quickly and professionally.

Kind & Helpful! – I looked at a place managed by this company and decided to move in - the process was simple and the people were kind. I had a couple of minor issues with paint, garage door opener, etc. however they were dealt with promptly and I have not had a problem since.

Solid Management! – The place I lived at before this was a maintenance nightmare because of poor management. Boardwalk is on top of their business. No issues at all after moving into this property. Any message I leave is answered in 20 minutes every time so far. Finally a place where I can just pay the rent and leave the worrying to some one else.

Great every step of the way! – Boardwalk has handled my rental property for several years now and they have been great every step of the way. The approach me on issues that need my attention but handle items that they should on there own. They have been very organized in handling my property and I appreciate their hard work.

Boardwalk Real Property management has made my renting experience so great. It’s only been a few months and I can’t believe the quality of service. In contrast to may last management company they are a breath of fresh air.
