good – These managers are much better then most of the others I have had. As landlords they return calls and complete repairs. That is a great improvement to what I was used to and I am very pleased with that.

Thanks! – They were great and helped me find just the right place. I have called them one time about something and they seemed more than willing to help. I have been happy here and cant complain one but about Boardwalk Real Property and their great service!

Thanks so much! – This was the only property management that was willing to look for an owner willing to rent to me. I have and eviction previously due to a bad relationship issue. Boardwalk found an owner that understood and gave me the opportunity to rent a place. The home is pretty nice and I am relieved that they were able to help me in my situation.

Perfect package – I appreciate the continued efforts they have given to my property. The property management package that I have with Boardwalk is very extensive and is just what I need for my rental property. Although it it is not vacant very often, when it is, they do a great job of marketing and the property gets tenants back in the house as soon as possible. I appreciate the continued efforts they have given to my property.

Fast repair – There was a recent situation with my hot water heater and when I notified boardwalk they had someone over to deal with it very quickly. I was without hot water for a very short time before they had the unit replaced. I was glad they were so helpful and speedy about the repair.

thanks – The unit I moved into had some carpet that I was not happy with. Boardwalk dealt with the owner to have it replaced and I didnt have to do much at all, they handled it all.
