Horrible people to deal with ...... will not stand behind their vehicle once it leaves their lot !!!!!!! It is a shame you purchase a brand new vehicle ... 33 miles on it and start having break issues and hhe manufacturer and dealership tried to tell you “ it’s normal wear and tear” WTH at 33 miles????? DO NOT EVER SHOP AT HIGH POINT MITSUBISHI...... They are HORRIBLE and some people in their service department do nothing but LIE 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️😡😡😡😡
RecommendedI went here not very hopeful I would get out of the car I was driving but I ended up leaving in a 2020 outlander sport. Mike C was an awesome salesman and the finance team worked their tails off to help me get financed even with my shaky credit. Thank you guys again. Michele Trego
