Customer service is terrible don’t care about you unless you have them work on your vehicle all the time!! (God forbid you go to a small business or local shop instead of them for work).Ignorant , rude and disrespectful would never recommend going there!! Do yourself a favor and go to JIM SHORKEY MITSUBISHI!!!!!!! Nice pleasant people and customer service even though I didn’t buy my vehicle there

I bought my 2nd Jeep from Basil on 1/15/21 but did not get car wash until 2/25/21 when I noticed water coming in car at delta sonic car wash. The car was sold to me with a broken rubber seal as seen in the attached picture but now the service manager said: Water leaks are not an item covered by our 6 month 6000 mile warranty? This worn out and broken rubber seal should have been noticed when they inspected car before sale.

RecommendedBasil Transit was so amazing in taking care of my son and I for his first car purchase. They were not pushy at all. They respected the budget we had to work with and did whatever they could to get us to a comfortable monthly payment. I am so grateful that my sons first car purchase was such a breeze. We went in around noon and left with his car, same day!! Great group of people at this dealership!
