Called about a vehicle they listed on their web page at $9364....the salesman gives me a price of over $10,000.....when I questioned him about the difference, he stated I must have the updated price....spoke with the general manager who advised me he adjusts the prices on Wednesday and didn't get around to changing the price on their website...as of this post, the price has not been adjusted !...they sure know how to chase away a customer !!
I had a really great experience. Brad was very helpful throughout the whole process in helping my mother get her car. He drove it to her house to make sure it was a good fit for her and did the same once the purchase was complete. Car was delivered and old car was taken back to the dealership. This was truly a great experience and Brad absolutely made the whole process a complete breeze for all of us.
A huge thank u Brad Ayres and to the staff that helped out my husband to get back his dream car again!!! U made him very happy today!!

Boardman Mitsubishi is fantastic. Our salesman Brad was top notch. He was extremely patient and understanding. He told me exactly what was needed. They worked with me as much as they could.
