The service department have always been outstanding the last 4 years. on today I called to see if I could have my battery checked out, cause my car wouldn't start. I had no appointment, I was told just bring your car right in. No wait, very polite and caring salesman.

their BDC rep is trash. they post ads on Facebook then people. comment and ask for information and nobody bothers lol. I have screenshots of me messaging them for information on a vehicle they posted and they didn't even bother responding to that? At this point if I decide to go with Mitsubishi I will choose another dealership. I wont waste time or money on a mickey mouse outfit.

my transmission went out and it was still under warranty. I called Boardman and brought it in and they replaced with no questions! their service department is great, timely and friendly! I live in and bought my car in PA and all Mitsubishi dealers are approximately the same distance away.....I've been to them, but Boardman Mitsubishi is far above the rest!
This is the same thing as I posted in Google. I am super late on posting this however. I can honestly say this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. The salesman suckered me in with broken promises. Then when I had to come back they damaged my car and told me they didn't do it after they made me sign a new contract for me to pay more. I guess it's my fault for falling for the broken promises. I highly recommend everyone stay away from this dealership.

Felix did a great job getting me in the car I wanted very professional and friendly staff they aim to please I will definitely recommend this dealer they don't try to beat around the bush they tell it how it is couldn't be happier with my outlander.
