I will never buy another car from this dealership. I've had nothing but problems since purchasing my "brand new" Outlander. I have emailed the owner to try and get some traction on these issues, but apparently he doesn't check his email. They will try to shrug off your issues as being "no big deal". I'm sorry, but waiting over 3 months for a remote starter then finding out it was put in someone else's car, is a bit absurd.
Very great service today by Dwayne Rowe. He worked around every little small problem and made sure we left with our new car. All the team members were very friendly and helpful. Dwayne did an outstanding job! Very pleased and will definitely be back again!
