I went to BNT on a whim before a scheduled cruise because of their proximity to the Port of Miami. I was a walk in and they took me right away. The place is clean and the person who did my pedicure was so meticulous about his work. He took his time. Pedicure came out great. My only pet peeve was that the credit card machine didn't work. I was in a rush and was lucky I had enough cash to pay them.

You are blessed if you find yourself at BNT Nails. They care about their customers and give services with extreme professionalism. The quality of both mani and pedi are fabulous!!! I have had the pleasure of receiving services from all team members, they are great, but Kathy is now longer just my nail stylist, she is now my friend.

The most impatient employees! People pay for a service getting upset for not doing what someone is requesting is unacceptable. I wanted to give a tip but that attitudes that were giving were not okay

Used to be a great local go to. Now the owners have increased prices & i assume tell their staff to do less. Paid $60 for a spa pedicure plus an extra $7 for callus remover and my feet were still left rough. The callus remover was supposedly the buffing part which imo is basic pedicure bare minimum. They also charged me $10 for a gel soakoff and nothing was ever soaked off let alone fully removed. They used the electric buffer which also weakens the nail more readily.
