RecommendedEveryone was nice to eal with.
I had a drivers air bag recall. I also figured I would have my oil changed at the same time. Do to them giving me such a hassle from person to person, Voice mail to voicemail, manager to manager, they gave me a "loaner" car. They gave me an eta of 1 1/2 hr. I went back in 2hrs for them to tell me another hour. Having other obligations for a weekday, I drove back to my hometown to only have to go back later to pick up my FILTHY car that they were supposed to have vacuumed & washed. RecommendedI had a great experience having my care serviced for 50k miles. Rob Hannafin in service was able to schedule me for an appointment in less than a week. It's relaxing to wait for the car in the cafe. It's really a great experience owning a BMW.

Greg in the Peabody Service center is amazing. He always goes above and beyond in helpng me with my car which I have had since 2011.
