I leased a 2018 car with 4200 miles as a demo for a price negotiation. After 9 months and 8000 miles of my own . There was a loud grinding noise . The service dept said I needed all new brakes and rotors! Not covered under the warranty.then I-was accused of letting it sit to long or my driving style was the cause !!!! When I was given the total of nearly 1700 dollars I said this can’t be its less than a year old . I was then given the option to upgrade my warranty for 600 dollars. And it would cover it . His assistant, Ryan Delaney, whose title is BMW Genius/Delivery Coordinator is truly a genius when it comes to walking customers effortlessly through all the newfangled features of the newer models.
