Had my car inspected and came home and noticed a wheel cap was missing. I called to find out what was happened - I was yelled at by the service department, when I simply asked what happened. They thought I was accusing of them of wrongdoing when I was simply asking why they didnt note it and try to finish it. I was yelled and felt they could intimidate me because Im a woman. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I recently purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX. At the time of purchase, they promised to paint the hood and seal a crack in the windshield. When the car was picked up, the hood looked worse than before the paint job- there was overspray. A few days later, I started having issues with the brakes as they were squeaking. I called the finance manager and he was kind enough to get me into the service department to have the brakes looked at. Have called *** service **** requesting a call back twice. I am physically challenged and try to resolve issues on the phone when possible. After two phone calls ,I called an out of town ***** dealer and received a quick satisfactory response, I will be good PR for *** for their non exemplary customer service.

I've been a Audi customer for years. Have used a few dealers: ************** and ************* - they are excellent. Audi Peabody is dishonest - I've caught them in several lies around servicing my car. I would not use them.

Advertised a purchase price of $52,925 for a BZ4X online. Sales rep brought up the car with same listed price on his ********* After talking with his manager, they decided there was a Market Adjustment of $10,000 more that wasnt listed in the price online or on the Sales Reps ********* They lured me in with a low advertised price and then raised that price by almost 20% on the spot.

We have spoken to the customer this morning to review any confusion they had. This vehicle is one of the "rare, hard to acquire" type vehicles and is listed without price and at a premium on our sites. The consumer saw only the original price when our sales person was on the dealer availability site at our store. There are a small handful of vehicles that qualify for a market adjustment, this being one of them. Horrible online experience. I selected a vehicle that said "in-stock." Of course it wasn't in stock. (How is this not the definition of false advertising?) But then I was told it was arriving and the internet sales rep asked if I wanted to hold the vehicle with a deposit. I wrote back right away and said yes, and asked how to provide the credit card. No response. After two more emails, the next morning, she emails me and said the car was sold to someone else.This person and this dealership are not honest in my opinion.

The service **** at *** Toyota in Hyannis had my car for a month to fix a leaky sunroof. They told me on a Thursday my car would be ready Friday. I was away and flew in to get the car on Friday when i got there they said it wasnt worked on that it would be ready monday. As i said i was away and dropped everything to come get the car They couldve worked on the car Saturday as they were open and worked on other cars but they just left it outside in the rain. This was my first time buying a vehicle and it was absolutely the worst experience I hope to ever have. I heard it will be ready "tomorrow" about 6 times over 2 weeks. At first they said they needed to put fender flares on because the tires were sticking out too much, debatable. Then they order the wrong part. Then the order comes in and it's the wrong size. Like whos job is it to order parts and ***** up that bad. They say it's because of "covid". How come I can order something online and have it in 2 days? Also why have so... read more

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! Long but read before you feel the pain! THEY PUT STICKERS ON UNSAFE VEHICLES TO BOOK THE ******* YOU WILL PAY! *******-Sorry for a sales guy you tried... From there it went to why it's the customer's fault "AS IS". KEEP READING... -First sign was ******* measured tires said they are "under the specification requirement" for INSPECTION (PAY ATTENTION HERE) would be replaced. The guy from "The back" comes out pre-close and says sales measurement tools aren't as good as ours" the tires meet spec... read more
