In march I bought a 2023 *** Z4 from Stratham *** when the sun finally came out I noticed that the clear coat on the car was plagued with buff marks, when I confronted ***************** the manger his fix was to bring it to a **** dealer to have it buffed out leaving the clear coat thinner then the factory and the paint unprotected. Long story short they did nothing to fix my defect it ended up costing me another ***** to repair, anyone going to buy A *** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DONT GET IT FROM STRATHEM.
I lost my only set of keys for my ****** Outback 2013. I looked online and it said a dealership would have to do the work of getting a key and programing it for me. To begin the process I called 4 times and got 4 different answers on what the process would be. I then showed up after I had paid for and ordered a key to have them tell me that the process was different once again. july 26 2023 we picked up a new ****** after placing $**** down, two weeks earlier.It is now Oct 13 and we have still not received $ **** for our **** camry with 55 thousand miles trade in. They keep saying the check is in the mail, we mailed it to the wrong person, here it comes etc etc Watch your step and dont believe anything they say. This business is not accredited by the better business bureau. No stars warranted, they require a star to leave review ? what BS
Purchased a new 2023 4 series. Took it in for the first oil change and tire rotation. Paid ****** for the rotation and it was not done after waiting 2 hours. Our rims are damaged so we know they weren't done. Took it back and waited another hour a different day. Tires still not rotated. We will never use this dealer again. They can't be trusted. Another complaint will be filed WITH ********
They sold me a 2012 ****** Tacoma that I paid $25,000 for, put down $7000, my life savings and in less than 15 months, with less than ****** put on it, it no longer runs and needs more than $****** worth of work just to make it run, nevermind inspectable. ************* stole my money and sold me the wrong vehicle, a parts vehicle, that took 6 months just to get rear head rests, floor mats and bed tie downs, and it wasn't even the original 2014 I brought to my mechanic to inspect. Between my wife and I we have spent over $250K dollars on cars at Norwood *** over the past 3 years. The newest car is my loaded **** X7. I had it right around 3 weeks when things started to malfunction such as the **** Emergency Call System, Track Selector switch, Panic alarm, speed limit indicator, etc. I was told I could bring it in but that there were no loaners for 3 weeks. I drove over an hour and test drive a used car and they would not sell it to me when I told them I would pay by bank check. They said I HAD to finance in with them or I need to walk. Not ethical at all and I would not be surprised if it's illegal. They said if I lived in ************* I could buy it with cash but since I was in *********** they would not sell it to me without financing it.
Worst experience ever! They committed insurance fraud for sure. I brought my vehicle in to be fixed after an accident. I provided them with the estimate of record that was provided to me by my insurance appraiser, as they gave me the run around about getting in contact with my insurance.
