I purchased a 2023 s1000rr . I have 2000 miles on it currently. I baby it and keep it indoors on a stand. It just began leaking oil from output shaft / chain sprocket shaft.I am unbelievable disappointed and abundantly regretful with my choice to choose BMW. I've chosen ***** for the previous decade. This place is HORRIBLE these people will act like they are helping you out so much yet completely ***** you as soon as you turn around!! I brought my car in for one simple thing they told me I have to pay $7,800.00 for it to be fixed then it will run like new. I would not give them a 1. In Feb. 2024 I took my X5 in because the drive train icon went on. I waited 5 hours and they told me I needed anew engine because I went 750 miles over two services ago. I got a second opinion and they said it was the coils and spark plugs. They have changed service managers 3 times in the past year. I love the *** but after 15 years of driving one I wont buy another.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with within the past 20 years of buying a vehicle. Deceitful and not honest with me when I made my purchase in 2023. I kept my word with the salesman about driving over 3 hours to the dealership for an 3pm appointment only to have me wait close to 4 hours later in the evening before helping me. Bmw of *********************** ******* at ************************************************************************** overcharged me for incompetence and mechanics that seemed to just throw a guess here or there at such a simple solution. I sent this car in for a coolant leak which was repaired for a mere $5000! Once picked up and driven upon 20 miles home from the repair shop.. all seemed ok .. car rode smooth but the ac would not function on the high setting. BMW Financial Service is a nightmare if you have a lease with them and get into a car accident. They will pocket all the money from the claim even if its more than the car payoff amount because "they can, they own the car" but also ask you for additional deductible amount that your insurance took out of the settlement even though they are already receiving more than the car payoff amount was or value at because its money they say they still deserve. BUT will give you in credit to lease or buy another ****** bmw.... WORST COM... read more
