Ken Hoffman and his sales manager did a great job finding just the right vehicle for my family. They say a great deal is when both parties involved are happy. We could not be happier with our part of the deal. we would also like to thank the wonderful girl in the finance department. she was professional and friendly - a great combination. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but not at Alderson.

Alderson is a great place to buy a car, but not a great place to get it serviced. Most of the mechanics are hard working people but the service management is awful and treats their employees like trash. Troy Tucker or David Alderson need to fire some people in management and bring in new people that actually care about their jobs and don't treat the mechanics like children. Jeff the BMW parts manager is beyond rude. This dealership could be amazing if the owner and GM would clean house.
Going to Alderson BMW is such a pleasant and fun experience. Being able to work with Tim Harmon not only makes you feel welcome but also you feel like you are family. He definitely takes such good care of you and it is a big reason why I continue to use Alderson as my dealership of choice in Lubbock.
Alderson BMW is the BEST. Thank you to Tim and Sawyer who came to our rescue. We had a blowout on a tire and these 2 people went above and beyond to come get us about 1 1/2 hours away in the middle of nowhere from Lubbock. They had someone stay at the dealership after hours to replace my tire and get us back in the road. Some of the BEST customer service I have ever received!!! Thank you guys!!!
