I've had an appointment for several days for service & a loaner car for 9:30 AM this morning. I get there on time. The woman behind the counter looks at me and says, "Did anyone call you about your loaner? It is on it's way to Midland!" I said no, but I keep getting all these phone calls & emails to remind me about this appointment. She says well, I can have someone drive you where you want to go. That is when I lost it and said LET ME OUT OF HERE. Totally disgusted with them
Tim Harmon has always taken care of our needs & treats us like family and Scott Bednorz sure knows everything about BMW's and makes an excellent impression & is eager to answer any questions you have. I will continue to buy my vehicles at Alderson. Definitely the BEST!
Ken Hoffman and his sales manager did a great job finding just the right vehicle for my family. They say a great deal is when both parties involved are happy. We could not be happier with our part of the deal. we would also like to thank the wonderful girl in the finance department. she was professional and friendly - a great combination. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but not at Alderson.
