I really appreciate the service I get at Alderson. Tim Harmon is great to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Alderson is a great place to buy a car, but not a great place to get it serviced. Most of the mechanics are hard working people but the service management is awful and treats their employees like trash. Troy Tucker or David Alderson need to fire some people in management and bring in new people that actually care about their jobs and don't treat the mechanics like children. Jeff the BMW parts manager is beyond rude. This dealership could be amazing if the owner and GM would clean house.
Going to Alderson BMW is such a pleasant and fun experience. Being able to work with Tim Harmon not only makes you feel welcome but also you feel like you are family. He definitely takes such good care of you and it is a big reason why I continue to use Alderson as my dealership of choice in Lubbock.
Alderson BMW is the BEST. Thank you to Tim and Sawyer who came to our rescue. We had a blowout on a tire and these 2 people went above and beyond to come get us about 1 1/2 hours away in the middle of nowhere from Lubbock. They had someone stay at the dealership after hours to replace my tire and get us back in the road. Some of the BEST customer service I have ever received!!! Thank you guys!!!
I take my car here for service and maintenance. The people in this department are really awesome. I am usually helped by Tim Harmon. He is a really cool person and has very good knowledge of the job he does. I look forward to work with them in future.
I had a specific interior/exterior colors in mind for my next BMW. Whenever I traveled I visited BMW dealerships looking for the one. Here in Lubbock, Texas my salesman Gary Hayes found my car. It was in Germany. We ordered it, tracked the ship it was on until it reached us here at Alderson BMW. Gary's customer skills and personality are outstanding. I recommend Gary Hays at Alderson BMW for your next salesman.
I can't thank Scott Bednorz enough for helping me find my dream car. It was my first experience in buying a new vehicle and it was such a breeze. He was outstanding. Also Crystal was a wonderful as well! Thank you guys!!!
