I was speaking with Alyssa about this 2023 Camaro and I had an appointment with her in advance. I arrived to my appointment after a 2 hour drive and just to find out the car had been sold! She never called to let me know and neither did her supervisor after I had confirmed I was on my way! Bad business! Very inconsiderate!

The dealership personnel were responsive to my inquiries, providing both a custom video and answering all my questions on the phone and via e- mails. I live the DFW area and the dealer is in Lubbock so I was getting information in advance of a trip up there. I made an offer, expecting a counter. The BMW X5 was listed at $61,992. After I made an offer, they revealed that they wanted $2,000 more than the listed price for some sort of paint protector, a notorious example of "snake oil" . Thus ended our communication. They work hard to help you get into a vehicle
Dave and Brandon were very helpful and patient in accommodating my need for a certified pre-owned vehicle. I had to cancel appointments with them several times due to my mom’s hospitalization. They were not pushy and explained everything thoroughly to me. Dave even recorded a video of the vehicle prior to a test drive. He was very honest about the condition of the vehicle, which was outstanding, having only one almost imperceptible scratch. He could have easily omitted that, but was completely forthcoming about it. Great communication and very friendly
BMW of Lubbock was very responsive to my questions about the X5M providing my request information in a timely manner. The sales staff was also professional.
The dealer got in contact with me quickly. This was my first time buying a car online, and they facilitated every step with open communication. When the driver who was scheduled to deliver my car was sick, they scrambled and found a replacement to bring my car on the scheduled day, as I needed it the next day to get to work.
