Purchased a BMW X6 M60i from BMW of Idaho Springs in October of 2025. This was an out of state purchase as I reside in Colorado. The sales rep, Aileen Serna, was great to work with (only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1) but it's been a frustrating experience dealing with the Finance/Sales leadership team. Since I live out of state (Colorado) the process of registering a vehicle is different.
