New information. When I bought my BMW, I purchased a Zurich Shield Windshield Protection plan. I paid $952 for it. It said it provided "Windshield protection against chips or cracks...." I got a cracked windshield shortly thereafter, but Zurich refused to cover it because they said I had not reported it in time. So, I paid for a new windshield. I dropped off my BMW for an oil change. In no time at all the service personnel jumped right on it and it was ready. I didn’t have to wait forever to get it back. That’s what I call service with a smile. Thank you dry much service department.
I bought a car remotely and they were easy to work with and able to meet my needs with pictures of cars not yet up on their website. The salesman even came in on his day off to get get paper work done before I went out of cell service to help get the transaction completed at my convenience. Professional and good communication throughout my experience. Highly recommend
