Outstanding Experience with BMW of Idaho! We live in a different state and searched extensively for the car we wanted. This dealership was excellent across the board. Courteous, go over the top to be sure that they’ve met any needs you have. The waiting area is spotless and furnished with amenities while we wait.
My experience was awful. I bought the car in for a recall. When I got the car back I limped it out of the parking lot and back to dealership service. It was not properly repaired and put back together. After in service for additional time I was able to drive it home. A week later I started having more car trouble so I took it elsewhere.
