Bmw of Idaho Falls fixed our x7 Driver assistant problem and performed our scheduled maintenance. Prices were up front, we recieved a loner car for the day, everyone was very nice. It was a pleasant dealership experience Thank you Geanna!
Excellent service department with helpful and friendly staff.
Great service, friendly staff and a very nice facility. I needed a new headlight and they had it in stock and got me right in. After the repair they washed my car at no additional charge. I’m super happy e we other BMW of Idaho Falls.
So it started bad the sales manager was horrible and a bit racist but Alex the salesman was absolutely great we told him we would not close the deal if there sales manager would be involved a hour later Alex got back with and we closed the deal with Brandon Atnip who absolutely great turned everything around those two Alex and Brandon. Will buy again next year ! But stay away from the sales manager he is a total prick and and just no people skills at all.
