RecommendedHad an 8:00am appointment. All went well in the beginning. One gentlemen escorted us into the bay, I parked and was very polite to everyone as they were to me as well. That was until I was introduced to the the Service Advisor Chien-Nan who would be taking care of things from this point. Found out I could lower my payment by almost $200/mo and Herb Manning and John Wood found me an amazing car! I’ve driven several BMWs, and this is the one I’m most excited about driving every day when I get into it!

I was at the dealership on Saturday, October 24th, 2020. I was greeted by Cassie who was assigned to me. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and I did not leave until around 1:00 p.m. but I have to say that this young lady was so attentive to me!! I knew that a Saturday morning would be busy but I had to get my vehicle serviced. Cassie checked on me from time to time.
