The service I received was unprofessional and offensive. I was treated as if I was not there to purchase a vehicle. Salesman Zeke Gilcrest was a joke. If you are looking to purchase a BMW please go to another dealership.
My husband took our car to get oil change last week, and the car started driving crazy and acting like it want to turn off, my husband decided to drain the oil out and the oil was black!! The only problem we had with the car was smoking it was running good now I can’t drive it! We have picture of how black the oil is and engine light is on and other lights. I’m so disappointed
