I contacted them about this Q8. Informed them the car didn't have the options they were advertising. About a $10,000 difference in options. They verified I was right which meant I wasn't interested. They also thanked me and said they would change the add. Instead, they lowered the price but left the details the same showing the car has expensive options it does not have.

I made contact on a Thursday. Finalized info on Friday. Sent my trade info and pictures. Made sure the car I was interested in buying was on the lot because I was driving about 2 hours on Saturday to buy the car. They made an appointment for 11 am and I confirmed.
