Have had to go back over 3 times for the same issue that would’ve been caught the first. The staff told me it was because of one person and that persons fired now. However, because of their incompetence I still have this issue. You can tell the staff have lack of knowledge and the service is sub par compared to the four other BMW locations I’ve been to. You can never trust what you’re being told and just have to pray their technicians actually did their job.

Matthew was great. He came and discussed with me the issues I was having and got the problems solved. Had to get back to work so he also got me a Lyft so I wouldn’t have to wait.

Took fairly long to get checked in, but once that was done the service was completed in the time frame promised and the quality was good

I sold a car back to BMW after 9 years. They said they really wanted it because they knew the history of the car. They bought it and then listed it the very next day for over $4,000 more. I was a loyal customer, since I purchased the car. They don’t respect or honor their loyal and dedicated customers. It’s only about the $$$ for them.

I have scheduled my car for service twice. Both times have been no show for valet. No phone call. No apology. Just no show. Today I have now called five times. Each time I call I am told someone will call me back in a few minutes. Still nothing. If you are this unresponsive on scheduling, how bad must you be in actual performance of maintenance? I plan to contact BMW corporate

Outstanding customer service, David McElveen was great. He was extremely professional and provided all the information I needed when I purchase my vehicle. The entire staff was top notch which should be expected from any top of the line car dealerships.I have purchased 3 previous BMW’s and this was the best experience I’ve encountered. Stellar service department! Full disclosure with video documentation of the issues I requested be addressed. Extremely clean & organized waiting & bathroom areas. Very professional & courteous staff.
