They donot honor appts. I was 1st to call about this listing, spoke to 3 people presumed to be at dealership, come to find out 2 were in Texas and a service advisor even called me personally to let me know he moved it to the front of the line to go thru service inspection so that I could test drive it. I spoke to a rep last time at 5:30 evening before our appt the next morning. He said he didn’t know if it would be out of service to 6pm. I called the next morning right before appt at about 8:30am. I sincerely apologize that the vehicle was sold before you could make your appointment. I can understand your frustration as a 2011 BMW 335 with 60000 miles is very hard to find. A rare vehicle like that seldom makes it onto the display lot before it is sold. I have addressed your issues with our sales management and client advisors. Clear communication is key! They were very friendly but they gave me someone who was new. I thought I would get a better deal on the car. This car has had a accident even though it wasn’t reported on carfax.

Terrible, had an appt. For 10 am on Saturday morning . Less than 30 minutes from their door steps , they called to say they sold the truck last night. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

People were polite when we got to the dealership, called and found that the Q7 was available, set an appointment drove to dealership to find put the Q7 was already sold. Drove 1hr and 15mins, so we were not to thrilled.

Contact this dealership felt like the 1st gentleman was not willing to work out a deal of at least 500.00 dollars off,I replied to a email from the general mgr.and someone follow asap work out what I felt was a good deal only to find when I call the gentleman he inform me a 2021 X3 got hit by a deer what is the odds buy no one seem to care about suggesting another vehicle the last gentleman told me he would check but never follow up
