Matthew Beair in the service department is one of the most honest, helpful people I’ve ever come across in any realm of the car industry. Not only did he spend two months helping me fix a major problem with me car, he was honest with me and always answered any questions I had (even if he wasn’t working). I’d buy another BMW just to continue to be able to have such amazing service from someone I trust! If you find yourself needing service at BMW, make sure to ask for Matthew - you won’t regret it!

Salesperson took up so much time showing me around the lot while choosing which vehicle I wanted. I did not feel rushed and every question I asked About the car was answered. Customer service is horrible. Made an appointment last week with confirmation, they called to reschedule the loaner vehicle and said they would call back. After calling back at least 3 times on 3 different days I’m still left without a service appointment one week later. A luxury car dealership should have exceptional service, my experience has been far from that.

On yesterday 7/2/2020 I had a appointment for an simple oil change on my x3 at 11:00am.. My car was there @5min before 11:00.. The service advisor came out and inspected my car saying he heard something when turning the steering wheel.. I told him I know about the issue.. My vehicle was taken to the back.. At 12:30 I haven’t heard anything.. At 1:30pm I was still waiting..
