There customer service is great and they really make customers feel appreciated. I feel comfortable taking my car here for everything.
We arrived at our appointment time and were immediately seen. A loaner was provided as promised, and the service was quick and efficient. Considering the fact that we live an hour from the dealership, this was very important.

I dropped my car off at BMW to have my brakes fixed. There was some change (pennies, quarters, nickels and dimes) that spilled out of my purse onto the floor behind my seat which I didn't have time to clean up before leaving. I picked my car yesterday, so this morning when I was downtown trying to park at a meter, I remembered that I had some loose change behind my seat that I could place in the meter, I looked on the floor and all that was left were my pennies.
