RecommendedChuck Baker in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMW servicing but explained it to me without confusing me or sounding condescending. I have experienced both of those at other dealerships. He is an asset to BMW of Columbia!
