RecommendedChuck Baker in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMW servicing but explained it to me without confusing me or sounding condescending. I have experienced both of those at other dealerships. service is horrible I was handed my car back with my leather black I called on but then I got hanged up the lady at the service department is really rude I asked her a simple question she looks at me like if I dont know how to speak English or something. worst BMW dealership
Great service and thorough review of all work done
Had several services done on the X5. AJ was super . Made sure I was aware of the costs prior to service. Then explained extended maintenance plan that will prove beneficial for many services to come. Everyone was efficient and I left with a loaner. Came back to a clean car .
Because of a bad experience at their used car lot I purchase my BMW out of Charlotte. I get it serviced here so far a pretty good service department and people.
