Outstanding attention to detail. Very thorough in diagnosis of sporadic issue. Took the time to review complete service history on vehicle which resulted in a 100% warrantied covered repair. Communication through to diagnostics process exceeded expectations. For the 1st time ever I felt as though the dealer was more concerned with solving my issue rather than billing shop hours! And more importantly-the wife is happy!
