Absolute worst buying experience! Never have I felt so disregarded and unappreciated. Maybe if I was purchasing a new BMW the experience may have gone better, but I guess because I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle I didn't matter as much. Buyer's dissonance doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. I purchased my vehicle under so many false pretenses because my Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about it. I am very pleased with the overall service at Advantage BMW Clear Lake.
I`ve never had a more pleasant experience with getting my and my wife`s cars fixed. Always offered coffee... juice... or water. The Motoring Advisors will chat if they arent with a customer and are always willing to answer questions if asked. Excellent customer service.
Great overall buying experience. Edward is a great sales advisor and a genuinely nice person.
Chip was great he got me in the next day and quickly did the work.
Lance the service adviser was friendly communicated well and the car was repaired in short order.
