Solid Choice – This is a great place to go on a summer night. Excellent service and a creative and broad menu. The ribs, served under a pile of perfectly fried and spiced onion strings, fall off the bone and are a highlight. There are also some good vegetarian selections. The bar service was excellent.
Downtown – Thank God for Bluwater! Since moving north of greenlake i have been stumped when searching for a great restaurant without going all the way downtown. Great steaks! dinner till 1:00 a.m. Super Wine list!! forget palace kitchen! I can eat dinner at midnight and drink a bottle of wine without worrying about driving!
seriously good food – i like the way the room feels, especially w/ the big fireplace and couches. i think the place should do really well. it fits so nicely in the neighborhood. the food really was very good. best corned beef hash i've ever had!
Good staff, ok food – Food just ordinary, breakfast seems to be an afterthought. In a city with lots of great breakfast spots, they need to come up with something that pulls you in. Staff was friendly and service was quick.
transplant heaven – Right this way, folks, "Lake Union location boiling over with crowds"?
Drinkless in Seattle – Great people, bright women, and gooood food. I love going Blue water for fun.
Great Bar – Good food, great bar, cool place, good place to talk with friends.
7 Degrees... – Definitely a step up from 6 Degrees, nicer ambience, nicer menu - but not unapproachable. Still gels nicely in that neighborhood, open air, dimly lit and romantic. Great staff, great drinks, food is fairly good, but slightly overpriced for the quality. Overall, have been a few times and each a very pleasant experience.
WOW!!! – I enjoyed my experience at the Bluwater. The service was fast, the prices were right and the drinks were cool. The view through the open windows to Greenlake is especially romantic for Seattle. I will visit this place again
