Please read~ TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service~! They went for Volume instead of Quality. – There were 4 of us. I ordered the Calimari appetizer, and my boyfriend and two friends ordered drinks. Our waitress was obviously flustered and wasn't writing anything down. She brought the wrong drink to my boyfriend, and it took her a long time to get it fixed. Our dinners were ordered right after we got our correct drink order. Me and my girlfriend ordered the Mahi Tacos, both of us requested NO cheese and NO sour cream since we are both l... read more

Terrible Service, Terrible Food – My boyfriend and I have been to the BluWater Bistro in Greenlake a few times over the past six months. For the lack of a better casual, but nice dinner spot we have taken family members there when they have come to visit from out of town. The location is wonderful but the service and the food terrible. A couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and I decided to go there for dessert and coffee at around 8:30pm. When we sat down and our server realized we were only going to order coffee and dessert sh... read more

Used to be good... – Wow, this place has changed. It's been a while since I've been to the Bistro and - while I never thought it was the best restaurant in town - it always supplied a nice atmoshphere and some pretty tasty food. I just got home from having dinner there tonight and was so moved (or unmoved) by the meal that I am writing my first review on Citysearch. The service was ok - definitely friendly. But, the waitress was scarce. The food was really terrible. Bland all around. Just blah. Banal, boring, dull, flat, and... read more

The food here is good and consistent. The decor and location makes for fun destination. THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. The wait staff is not just apathetic, they?re rude. I have been in on several occasions and have been completely ignored in either being sat or waiting to place an order - they just seem to have better things to do, chatting it up amongst themselves or with a handful of cherished regulars. In the past it was a frequent dinner destination (I estimate spending about $1000-1200 over the course of the year 2006) It?s a s... read more

Terrible Service/Ruined Birthday – I choose this restaurant for my birthday dinner, approximately 7 people came. We had requested to sit in the front of the restaurant 1 week in advance when we made the reservation, but when we arrived we were seated in the back. The waitress was very impatient and rude when taking our orders. I asked to change my order after ~5 minutes after ordering and I was told ?No?. She didn?t smile or make any effort to be nice to us. When the dessert came, she placed it on the table and the chocolate... read more

nice evening – Had a very pleasant experience dining here recently. Our table of 8 all enjoyed our meals, drinks, and service. Nice selection of cocktails and wine. Bluewater Greenlake has a very reasonable corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle, we brought a couple of special bottles of wine with us to have with our meal. Mixed green salad was chilled, fresh, crisp and not overly dressed. My generous portion of roast chicken was moist and tender, although I would have liked a crispy skin. Potato side was quite good. My wife's stu... read more

mediocre brunch at high prices – The classic eggs benedict was barely even warm when I got it and the English muffins were drenched in melted butter (not hollandaise. it was butter. there was some hollandaise sauce schlopped on top though). The $15 crab mac and cheese tasted OK but there wasn't much crab in there to justify the price. I came here because I liked the one in Leschi but the food here just wasn't that great and that is probably why there weren't many people there on a beautiful day.
