Good clinical experience with professionals that know how to communicate with the pet owners. Even if the waiting room doesn't seem busy we were told the back ICU was quite busy so waiting over an hour for a follow up blood test wasn't as bad as some people make it out to be. Our pup was clinically stable this morning and didn't require emergency treatment like last night or like the animals today so waiting is fair. Expensive, but all vet care is. If you can't afford the bills or insurance, don't get the pet.
This was a pathetic excuse for an emergency animal hospital. If you do not have a lot of money or a credit card to drop thousands of dollars on, then go elsewhere. We brought in our cat who ended up needing an emergency procedure according to the vet. That procedure cost $2.6k and we could not afford it. They do not allow payment plans, more than likely due to their partnership with CareCredit who would lose money if payment plans were offered. All they are interested in is the $. No compassion for the animals. Rude and unprofessional. Once payment has been made then they will start mediocre care for your animal. Still rude and with zero compassion. Should not be providing care for animals if that is not the priority. Do yourself and your pet a favor, find any other animal hospital for services.
Found a dog Saturday and took it here to have chip read. Turns out chip had old info. They somehow looked online and found the owner who was beyond happy. Brother left door open while visiting. They are now united cause this place took the time to find the owner on a weekend.
