I hate this place. They take too long and they didn’t even have my dogs medication sent to the pharmacy correctly!!!! Beyond irritating place I’ll never go there again.
Been here twice for different fur babies and I couldn't ask for anything more in an emergency vet. No one wants to be here obviously but they make it as quick and painless and possible.
I’ve had to take my dogs here a few times and have always had exceptional experiences. My most recent visit, Gabriela was very sweet and gave great medical advice that led me to find out what was going wrong with my GSD. Very thankful that these vets exist!
You would think that a place that deals with animals in emergency situation would be ran by Staff capable of actually being emphatic and capable not only with taking care of your animal but also in the interaction with the clients. Well, this is NOT the place for that. It is TRULY - and I am not exaggerating - ran by a bunch of idiots who have absolutely little if no passion for what they do and even less tact when dealing with customers and clients who are going through a very difficult moment in their lives. . Staff were friendly, competent and willing to answer my questions in a patient manner. I would recommend this Blue Pearl without hesitation.
This place don't care about your animals they only care about money. My dog got attacked by another dog and was bleeding out her mouth because a broken jaw and they sent me and my dog away cause I didn't have a credit card or a couple hundred dollars , they wouldn't take payments or let me sign a promise to pay. They wouldn't help my dog or offer any advice.
Awesome staff, great facility, very quick and friendly service. Up-front, no surprise pricing and made my little puppy feel like the most important one there!
The staff acted fast, explained everything & helped save our Husky- Prince who had a medical emergency this morning! Thank you to ALL the staff, our baby boy will be okay!
