My sweet baby died Tuesday from heat stroke and we didn't know what to do this was the place we took our last dog to and they seemed so nice. When we got there with her we told them what had happened they took me to an exam room to say my final goodbyes to her. The technician come in with some papers and tells me that it will be 125 to take and cremate her. -8277272737282377 Took my 8 year old chihuahua ,My best friend, after he ran away scared of the fire works on the 4th of July and I found him with missing 50% of his fur and after a pit bull still attacked him, Bluepearl was the only open. They wanted to charged me 1000 a night plus 10,000$ or more on surgery and he needed multiple. They just threw him in a cage they didn't even clean his wounds nothing for hours! No food or water! Our 10 lb chihuahua thought she take on a coyote. We were fortunate to find her so quickly and get her to the clinic but her injuries were extensive. After 6 days of hospitalization, she is ready to come home and rest in her own bed. I can say honestly (as I spent more than 4 hours a day at their clinic with my visits encouraging our pup to fight) The entire team at blue pearl has been amazing. Wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful, caring, friendly and fast.
Everyone on staff was extremely nice and courteous. We have gone many times to this emergency clinic overt The last 40+ years and staff and Drs have always been absolutely great. The cost, as usual, in an emergency clinic is very expensive in many respects. It is unfortunate for many people who take their pets in for treatment cannot afford it. Blue Pearl needs to provide an avenue for payments and a scale based on age (senior citizens who are on a fixed income or low income families). It is terrible to lose a pet because pa... read more
Recently had to visit for a second time, have had good experiences. They were quick to take Itty Bitty back to be sure he was stable. We had to wait quite a while to see the vet, but it's an emergency clinic so I get it. If my dog was critical I'd want him attended immediately, so we wait patiently. I truly appreciated that I was given several recommendations for treatment and didn't feel any pressure to do the most expensive things. They controlled my baby's pain and sent us home with thorough instructions. I hope to never ... read more
