RecommendedI entered the facility a little after midnight and was greeted at the front door. Someone was right there and ready to take my pup to the back instantly. Dr Mayer made a quick decision during a difficult situation and saved my pup. She was able to identify distress and keep me calm at the same time. The staff was very friendly and understanding at a very difficult time for us. They gave us space to make what was a very difficult decision and they respected our decision and accepted our emotional breakdowns. They explained our options and answered our questions in a professional manner and were very sweet and apologetic for our loss. Thank you for what your team does. We were fortunate enough we could get our boy to you quickly in the middle of the night so he didn't have to suffer any longer.
A HUGE thank you to the staff at Bluepearl Pet Emergency hospital last night! Their staff was kind, attentive, fast acting and everything I needed when I brought our sweet pup in after being hit by a car. I had no idea they even existed until last night. Right on the corner of 32nd st. and Indian School, this place is amazing!! Highly Recommend!

it is extremely important to be able to have your pet seen at anytime because they are open 24 hours. When your pet is sick you don't have to wait until Monday or even the next day to have the pet cared for. I am so grateful that my veterinarian referred me to them for after hours care.
When the sh*t hits the fan, in the middle of the night, you never know what you're going to get when it comes to emergency Vet services. I am review driven, and did not know what to think when I read the reviews here, but I needed help for Ms. Elle at 4:00am today. I took the risk and made my way to BluePearl on Indian School. Worst experience ever no patients in lobby or rooms and yet I had to wait o er an hour to get my fur baby seen. They hid no concern for my baby and did nothing except give him antibiotics and pain meds for 4 days and over charged me. I will never go back there again. It’s the one on Indian school in Phoenix
Staff was prompt and friendly. The vet appeared to be knowledgeable about the problem my Chiqui was going through. I was satisfied.
They took care of my baby Jewelz ( pug ) she was choking on food they were amazing and the staff was so kind � I have told several friends about them � thank you �
