My experience was awesome! Dr. Christensen, his PA, and all support staff was helpful, and friendly. Had a total hip replacement in September 2016. Highly recommend Dr. Christensen. He is a superior doctor, along with his staff.

Well I have not had a bad experience here at all! Total knee replacement and now in therapy and I can't say enough good about everyone! Dr. Vasicek is the best! Caring and informative, Keshia, Dr. V's assistant is fantastic, Danielle the PA is awesome and of course Tracy, my PT is funny, caring, upbeat and a slave driver! � but she's suppose to be! I would NEVER go to this office for medical care! My son had surgery and Staff has given him the run around for weeks, not filling out paperwork for his employer resulting in not getting paid and fear of losing job! Dr should personally check to make sure patients are taken care of because staff surely can't handle it!

BGO was absolutely amazing.. the staff was very nice.. there wasn't a long wait period. The doctors and PA's were excellent, Thanks so much for all the help with my treatment.. about to do PT there soon.. My experience was fantastic!
FANTASTIC SERVICE!! My son was a new patient after hurting his arm over the weekend. The scheduling supervisor was available on SUNDAY from HOME to get us in for an appt right away on Monday. We were in and out in less than an hour and had all the new paperwork, an X-ray, the dr visit and a cast put on! AMAZING!! Seriously, I don't know of another practice this efficient and patient-oriented! So impressed.

Went to get results of my MRI at the Georgetown office. Up to this point, I was pleased with the company. I was quickly placed in an exam room but then left there for one hour past my appointment time without anyone checking on me. When I went to the desk to get my information and leave, the only comment was "you're next". I was told that they would mail my records to me, they did not. Waiting. Rude. Unprofessional. These are the three words to describe this place. It is poorly managed. The people at the front desk are rude and the the center could care less about your time. I arrived for an appointment on Friday, September 16th and waited 1 hr and 19 minutes before I was called only after I went up to ask how much longer. Horrible. When I went up to ask the receptionist how much longer she was rude! She said "I have no idea how much longer you are going to have to wait. Its REALLY hard to say!" Wow. Now w... read more
