RecommendedI have been dealing with a Dr from Lexington Foot and Ankle for over the last 6 months and my foot has not gotten any better. I went to Bluegrass Orthopaedics and saw Dr. Harrod, he was the best, he gave me a shot and placed my foot in a hard cast which is what it needed 6 months ago. Highly recommend them to anyone.
All the staff was great. From the receptionist, the nurses, surgical staff, Dr. Favetto. Everyone was friendly but also professional. I'm very pleased with my experience there. Thank you all.
The doctors are great!! We would recommend the doctor anytime. The facility is poorly ran. Wait times are horrible, the staff don't communicate. The office made my husband (what we were told a pre-op appt), got there and the staff asked us "Whatever brings you in today"?. Another co-pay gone and nothing accomplished! The flow of the facility is horrible! I could go on, but not enough room.
We were really impressed with the service and attention we received. The professionalism was unbeatable. They did a great job with my sons injury.
I was in for a spinal cord stimulator and was treated with the utmost care by the staff there. Everything was explained in great detail. My attending nurse had a great bedside manner! Wouldnt go anywhere else!!
So far so good..left total Knee replacement by Dr. Vas..Love her professional but still very personal.. the rest of other staff are Awesome to!!
Everyone was very helpful to me and my daughter.She had ACL knee surgey and all went great. We all felt she received great service and attention from the clerks to the nurses and the Dr. keep up the Awesome service you give to each patient and family member that comes in.Thanks for all you do.
