I've been coming to BGO for my knee injections for years, and am now in the throes of recovering from, not one, but 2 knee replacement surgeries done by Dr. Christensen in less than 6 weeks. One of the gems of BGO is Chris Bagbey, PT. I can't say enough good things about him. He's a fabulous PT, but he was also my nurse, my doctor, my therapist, my lifesaver, my friend. I have always received excellent care from professional people.
We have used Bluegrass for two different breaks since February and have had THE best care. I was very pleased with all the staff we encountered but especially the doctors and the sweet girls in the casting room! They made my nervous 5 year old feel so comfortable. THANK YOU! ❤️
Staff needs to be trained better in customer service especially the billing department. See post. Billing department and maybe the policies of your practice need to be looked. Its one thing to harass me if I owe money but its another one to harass you before a service has been given.
