Running 2 hours behind for an appointment poor management
Had surgery to fix issue it did not. Still in pain currently having to get pain injections for the rest of my life as they did not fix the issue. They came back and said more damage was above the issue but we did not do that when clearly they had authorization to do so. Several friends have had surgery and had to go back for more. I refuse to let them do anything for me again.
I have been a patient for about 8 years and have always received outstanding care...
